Ideal Dental Buckhead

I received a $785 bill from my insurance while I only scheduled a simple "dental cleaning" with your practice. But your staff did a 3D dental surface scan, took oral photographic images and also did a gingival irrigation without letting me know what they were doing or informing me of any additional charges.

Dr. Bullard and staff were fantastic. I had been trying to get my dental issue resolved for months and she was able to get things sorted & on the right track. She & her awesome staff are courteous, friendly, and efficient, I would highly recommend this office????

EDIT: Just found out that Ideal Dental charged me over 2000$ in unnecessary additional services including gum irrigation (which was 800$ dollars), and over 5 types of tooth imaging. They have completely run me out of my insurance's yearly maximum and now my provider is unable to cover my yearly cleaning because of how expensive all these treatments were. The second dentist I saw said all my teeth were fine and he is surprised I needed any fillings at all. Original Post: Came in for a cleaning and instead got treated for over 5 cavities and experienced the worst, most rushed cleaning I have ever had in my life. Several teeth were not brushed and my back teeth did not get flossed. The Fluoride was in clumps around my teeth and extremely uneven. I requested a do-over and the dentist (who didn’t even do my cleaning) came in and basically invalidated every comment and said “we do a minimal approach to cleaning and if you want to get another one it’s going to be the exact same as the one fro
