Comfort Dental

I'm truly disappointed, They changed the time of my appt to 2hrs earlier, i arrived and had an appt card and a text verify I was correct. The blonde female dentist sounded like she was concerned and since I had taken off work, she said i could come in 530pm the next week. I arrived at 530pm with my child from home, even though I was locked down with 6 bus loads of elementary students during the tornado warning. The first thing out of 5heir mouths was i needed to reschedule. Well I had called earlier because I got another wrong date and time text for my appt. And I called while navigating through downpours with them assuring they were going to be there or did I need to reschedule. They said no they were there. That beautifully nice blonde dentist said she was in lobby at 530 and we weren't there! Nicole was more than amazing with my first visit. She made me so comfortable and very informative. Definitely recommend her for future dental care!!!
