Great Expressions Dental Centers - Maple Canyon

I dont know how to feel about this place. My husbands I felt at first that the coding for insurance was suspicious and the billing practices bordered on fraud. The claim was then not approved because the coordinator mishandled the claim process. When I tried to get in touch with the office it was impossible to speak with anyone by phone or email. I went to the office to see if it was even open anymore and was told the receptionist/Insurance Coordinator was "no longer working" there, which by there expressions I took to mean she was fired. Even though the issue got resolved the office it didnt seem to be by anyone in the office. The doctors and receptionists that were there wouldnt bother to even answer the phone. Another office handles to highering of personnel. So sadly this is still the worst run office is have ever seen, but I hope they get a better receptionist and/or insurance coordinator so that these types of issues do not continue.

I don't even want to give it a rating! We have been looking and calling places to get a wisdom tooth taken out because my husband has been in pain! Well we went here and they did x-rays and said they could pull it out! I understand that's fine but then my husband went to leave and they didn't give him any extra gauze or anything for pain after the numbness wore off! I would not recommend this place at all! There was wires hanging out of the walls! It just didn't look like a very good dentist! My husband said he WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE! THEY WANTED HIM TO PAY 511.00 FOR A DEEP CLEAN AND WANTED HIM TO MAKE 2 APPOINTMENTS FOR A DEEP CLEAN! NO THANKS! NEW DENTIST FOR US!!!

I read all the reviews and was very hesitant…to my surprise this was one of the best experiences I had in a dental Office. I explained to the staff how my anxiety was over the top!!! When I say that the entire team was more than accommodating is an understatement. I was embarrassed at the condition of my teeth and when I say I was educated and encouraged through my entire visit that this was a “no judgment” office. You guy went above my expectations of customer service!!!! The office was clean and I was advised of delays in a timely manner. Your entire staff was amazing!!
