I have had 2 horrible experiences here now. The first one, my mom referred me to this place and I came in to get fillings and possible crown. Besides the front desk having bad attitudes, I still have problems with my filling. I didn’t even come back for a crown because of the horrible experience I had at the front desk and the filling problem. This week, it was my mom’s turn to have the horrible experience. She came in because she is having horrible toothache. Since the very start the front desk receptionist was super rude to my mom. But my mom kept coming because likes the dentist, Cory, because she said he is very nice and does a good job. However, the receptionist, even after my mom told her it’s an emergency over the phone, kept being rude and refuse to connect her with the dentist, even though the dentist told her to call him if the problem persisted. I chose pulling a tooth over root canal and cap. I went in they agreed to pull it. It was the easiest I ever had a tooth pulled. No surprises, in and out and everyone was helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend them.

I absolutely adore Dr. Corey! He fixed a broken front tooth of mine, quickly, effectively and efficiently. It wasn’t something that is normally done but he took a chance and it paid off! I was aware of the risks too, but what I appreciated the most was his compassion and understanding. Later on, while going through an extraction I was feeling a pinch like pain that I shouldn’t have felt. Really, it was just fear and anxiety , I was completely numb. But Dr.Corey did what he had to do, you can’t halfway pull a tooth; it’s all or nothing. He made a quick decision to hurry up the procedure. And even though the experience was a little traumatic, Dr.Corey did exactly what I would have done in his shoes. I just think he’s the best dentist ever and I respect the hell out of him. There’s no pressure to do a procedure or to take one treatment plan over another. And when I’m not sure of what to do and I ask his advice, I always feel like I get an honest answer.
