My experience thus far has been that the dentist and staff as very kind and knowledgeable in dental health.
Professional and friendly staff. Clean and a very comfortable environment. Would recommend to anyone for dental needs.
I had an appointment scheduled that I waited 4 months for. I even took the day off work. I had the confirmation text and today they tell me I’m not even in the system without ANY explanation as to why or any solution. I’ve been having problems with them since 2018 and I don’t know why I keep trying to go back. receptionist was very rude to me and did not even care that I was upset. they tried to tell me “next spot we have is in November” which is another 4 months away, but they’re the ones that canceled my appointment without reason or giving me a call.
