MAKING THEIR PATIENTS DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE FOR NOTHING BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP. ???????? THEY BOOKED MY FIANCE'S APPOINTMENT 1 MONTH AHEAD OF TIME. ???????? SO YOU'RE TELLING ME THAT THEY HAD A WHOLE MONTH TO TELL US THAT THEY NEEDED SOMETHING IN ORDER TO WORK ON MY FIANCE'S MOUTH / TEETH BUT DIDN'T UNTIL WE GOT ALL THE WAY THERE EXCUSE FOR THAT WAS THAT THEY'VE BEEN A LITTLE BIT BUSY!! AFTER WE DROVE ALL THE WAY TO WORCESTER WHICH IS AN 1 HOUR RIDE THERE AND BACK FROM WARE TOO WORCESTER.

I typically have a LOT of fear and anxiety and insecurity about going to the dentist and the condition of my teeth shows it. Nonetheless, I had a great first experience at this office. From the phone call to set up the appointment to the end of the visit, I was extremely pleased. Each person I came in contact with, the receptionist, the dentist and the assistant (I think) presented with professionalism but also just the right amount of friendliness as well and I mostly felt at ease the entire time. I did get the impression that they care about what they do, and all done in a non judgmental manner, which is very important to me and is one of the reasons that keeps me away from the dentist altogether (Plus, they were SO fast!!) I will be returning, feeling positive about finally getting the work I have needed and desperately wanted. Overall, I would easily recommend this office as I personally know how hard it is to find one to go and very rare to find kind people who do a great job. Ver

For my first time being there, i didnt know what to expect, but everyone was kind and professional. I enjoyed my cleaning and the dentist helped me figure out some other problems I need to deal with. The made me a second appointment with in a week to solve some of my teeth problems. I highly recommend them.
