Complete Dental Care

Dr. Brent Ingram and the folks at Complete Dental Care-San Jose did a fine job in accommodating my minor dental emergency of a crown that fell out. The staff was able to schedule me for a reattachment the next day. Dr. Ingram and the staff are always professional, friendly and calm. I've been going to this office for more than a couple of decades. I always have that comfortable and confident feeling that I'm in good hands!

The staff was considerate and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Ingram took the time to explain what was going to happen before we got started and and checked in with me as things progressed. He was very engaging and wanted to know about me and not just my teeth. After the cleaning and examination we discussed what was going well, and those things that needed attention. I even checked with him about whether I needed a new night guard and he took a look at it, told me it looked well used, after checking the fit told me I could get a new one, but thought this one still works, that was refreshing. One other thing struck me, Dr Ingram indicated he was concerned with one of my teeth that I’ve wondered about but have not had any problems with. For the past 8 years neither of my other dentists said a word about this. After having difficulties finding a new dentist when the one I saw for decades retired, I am glad to say that Dr. Ingram and his staff have renewed my faith in the experience at a dentist is no longer dreaded! They have made be comfortable and at ease!
