Very unresponsive and un-friendly office staff. But I blame the Doctor since he is the boss. The work culture and attitude always flows top down. So I can see it as hostile based on interaction (or lack of) with the receptionist/staff.
Dr. Zoufan is professional and honest doctor. His office is very clean, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to people who need root canal done.
