No wait. In an out. Everyone on the staff i met was extremely nice an carring. U could tell they were all just genuinely good ppl. The Dr. Was very clear an answered alll my questions thoroughly. Nicki Was great an discussing my payment options an took the time to make sure I understood everything. She was amazing. Overall my experience was A++!!!!
No stars, the worst customer service experience! There was no warm welcoming feeling from the beginning to the back. It was if everyone was having a bad day. When ask how your day is going. I received a sarcastic snooty reaction To the point I needed to just walk out. Professionalism is everything!! It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. We all have bad days but learn to turn it on and off when dealing with the public. I will not be returning nor recommending anyone.
I appreciate the customer support and service. I felt like I was getting their best treatment. Dr. Choksey is highly skilled and his support team is amazing as well. They showed genuine interest in my well-being. These medical providers gave me excellent care. They listened to me and were respectful. Thank you so much for taking care of me when I needed it most.
