I am dentist phobic. Had an issue and had to bite the bullet. Dr. Hartkopf and his staff made me feel so comfortable! No pain and my issue was solved! I'm a client for life!
The most professional dentist in Toledo. Was recommended by my boss at work, got me in quickly and solved the issue within 20 minutes. No pain. His dental assistant Maddie did a wonderful job as well. Dr. Hartkopf and Maddie amazed me with their efficiency, much like a well oiled machine. The constant communication by the Dr to his assistant was also comforting to me. It let me know there would be no mistakes like I have experienced from larger national dental chains. Bonnie at the front desk was also very professional and gave me the best advice and care experienced by me in all my life's dental visits. These guys care about their patients. Never again will I change dentists. I am impressed!
