Corner Dental

Visited today for the first time. Had a terrible experience with the front desk. I’m active duty military. I made an appointment over a month ago, and completed the online paperwork in advance. I came in with my ID and insurance form, and was made to wait for over 1 hour (for a 9a appointment) while the woman confirmed my insurance. I’ve served on active duty for over 14 years and have gone to numerous dental offices across the country. I’ve never experienced the incompetence that I experienced today. Once I made it past the front desk, the medical staff (dentist, hygienist, etc) seemed great. Unfortunately, so much time was wasted verifying my insurance, I had no time for a cleaning.

I love this office. I drive across town instead of going to my local office. They're much nicer here and do much better work than the others in town. Only downside is their equipment needs updating. It's not fair to them or their patients.

1 star for a review is to high!!! Went there for 3 years....dental cleanings every 3 months....NEW (3 months after my last visit there) dentist says I need a whole mouth deep cleaning....need 4 fillings...and teeth are loose that probably are gonna need pulled now. Thank God they at least did my bridges right. Would not recommend this place to no one!!!!!!!!! Oh and they can't even get there billing right....tried to make me pay my daughters bill, she's over 20. And her experience....well, we won't talk about that one...even worse!!!!!
