I couldn’t even go through with an appointment man just assumed I didn’t have money for a crown and told me to get a second job to save up money when I simply asked did they do root canals
Why hasn't the foreign front desk guy been fired yet? He is beyond rude, he literally just told an old lady on the phone we don't want you here go somewhere else and then said you need a root canal and you'll pay 9-1500 unless you want your teeth to fall out..place is dirty you wait forever, I just got up and walked out , drive 3 more miles and go to the other one
Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I called as a new patient inquiring about a tooth problem and was told to “go to a specialist” or “call my insurance” which is how I found out about this place to begin with. Then was told to not call back. -8/10 and only spoke with this person for 3 minutes. Not sure how they’re even in business to begin with.
