I sent a request for an appointment online and gave insurance info as requested. I was looking for a new dentist as indicated on the questionnaire. I got a call from the office to schedule a visit. Normally for first visits, routinely you pics are taken of your teeth and then you get a cleaning. Long story short, they took about 22 pics and kept asking about my teeth sensitivity. At checkout they said I could schedule another appointment for a cleaning AND was I aware that I was out of network. NO!! I DID NOT KNOW THAT, WHY WOULD I WANT TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR SERVICES WHEN I HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE???? There were at least 4 opportunities for either the receptionist that checked me in, who by the way asked to make a copy of my insurance card, the 3 people that took x-RAYS and examined me in the back, and the receptionist that checked me out which is when I was for the first time, advised that I was out of network. As far as dental visits go I really appreciated Joanne’s care and consideration. She is a wealth of knowledge and shared much useful information. When I told her I had sensitive teeth she was very considerate and adjusted the ultrasonic scaler so it would be as comfortable as possible. Joanne really went the extra mile to make my visit as pleasant as a dental visit can be. Thank you Joanne! ????

Best dental practice in Rochester! Dr. Cait, Dr. Marc, Sandy, and the rest of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing at what they do. I recently got crowns and veneers on my four front teeth (along with Zoom whitening beforehand) and I absolutely love my new smile!
