Very very nice sweet people! I have never walked into a building and felt so welcomed. They ALWAYS have a smile on their face and their service was amazing and fast!! Also place was very well kept and so so clean.
Would like to offer some advice. Please provide some beforehand notice on when you find it necessary for patients to fill out 20 to 25 minutes of very fine-print paperwork. I wish I had known about your need for this paperwork and I would have brought reading glasses. Would recommend you convert your paperwork to a PDF format and email the form to patients ahead of their appointments for completion. It would make life easier for everyone!
If I can give them a zero only at this location I would. I just had the worst experience! And the lady at the front desk was rude. I would not recommend this place. ........update 06/26/23: I just got a letter saying I'm no longer able to come to another cottonwood all because I shared my experience..
