I have 2 daughters receiving treatment. At first, I was overwhelmed with the fact that both of them needed treatment but after the consultation and speaking to the office staff they made the process go smoothly for us. When my daughters go to their appointments, they leave with clear instructions on what and not to do. Very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.
My daughter sees Dr. Hansen and we always feel so welcome by the whole office every visit! Dr Hansen is very knowledgeable and nice! He, and the staff, answer all of my questions. Everyone is so nice! Nikki is especially amazing!! She makes it so fast and easy for my daughter who has anxiety, I so thankful for her!
We just recently put our third child in braces with Dr. Hansen. We have been pleased with the communication for the entire process. Setting and adjusting appointments has been easy and everyone is so patient and helpful! They have worked with us on payment options. No complaints here!
