Dr. Dugan and his staff have provided me with outstanding dental care for several years, ever since he took over Dr. Holm’s practice. I’ve had quite a few unusual dental situation‘s due to my health, and he has taken care of every one. His professionalism, patience, and humor, along with his outstanding staff, have made him a joy to work with
