Well I guess it's a good place with good workers. Dr Jesse is a good doctor even when I kept taking off the wires lol. But honestly since Brenda and I think the other girl s name is cici ever since they left I'm not gonna lie it hasn't been the same last time I went there almost 2 yrs

omg this place is the worst customer service!! my son has been going here since aug and I have yet to receive a call I call them all the time the only answer I get from some one is uhhhhh I'm not sure let me find out and give you a call back! their answering service is not any better!! I've had to go get paperwork my self and turn it in because they say the referring dental office my kids go to didnt send the paperwork over which they have several times I've sen the fax confirmation and I've sent it myself!! this is so frustrating!! I'm going to send my son else where!! the dr here is amazing unfortunately his staff is NOT!!

I brought my daughter in July 28, 2021 for an appointment to set her up with braces. By November 2021, I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called and they said that they never submitted the authorization because they didn't have the necessary pictures. So I brought my daughter in on November 19, 2021 and they did the pictures so they could submit for authorization to Medicaid. Well it's now April and I finally spoke to someone there at the office and was told they are no longer seeing new patients!!!! Seriously!!! What was was point of even bringing in my daughter not ONCE!!! But TWICE!!! She's now 18 and Medicaid doesn't cover braces for adults!!! Terrible customer service!!! ????
