Let me begin by listing the only positives I have: the front desk staff, assistants, and hygienist are all very kind and comforting. I am almost hesitant to write this review as I do not want it to negatively effect them. I’ve only been visiting DVD since July and have seen 3 separate dentists in only a handful of visits. I received two fillings in both sides of my mouth approximately one month ago. Despite the amount of time since my fillings, I still cannot chew anything aside from gummy soft food on my left side. Both sides of my mouth are so extremely temperature sensitive that I cannot even swish water in my mouth or eat a salad. During my most recent visit, I expressed my frustrations about STILL not being able to chew or eat properly. The dentist, who has never introduced himself to me despite me sitting in his chair 3 times, was extremely dismissive of my feelings, provided no amount of consolation, and has made me regret ever visiting this establishment in the first place. Really unprofessional, and I haven't even actually made it to an appointment yet! Called to schedule a new patient appointment about a month ago and whomever was making the appointment acted like it was an inconvenience that I even called. They kept on asking me to hold on while yelling to someone else in the office about me and basic intake information. Okay, maybe they're new, I get that. But definitely started in a poor place - zero customer service skills, and the entire conversation just rubbed me the wrong way. My appointment was supposed to be tomorrow. I received a call, email and text this week all to confirm my appointment - great, thank you for the reminder, see you then. Then I receive a call that they don't have a doctor tomorrow, so they'll need to reschedule. What? I ask if there was an emergency or something to cause the last minute change? Nope, they just don't have doctors on Thursdays in July. Again, what? Then why schedule an appointment? Why confirm that appointmen

If your a patient of Jose Talacon it’s best you find a new Dentist. The people who took over “Dessert Valley Dental” have no idea what they are doing. Their solution was to tell me to find another Dentist. This was after they put my implant back in and it fell out that very same day. Made me come in just to tell me they had no clue how to fix it and to find another dentist. I would not recommend this place to anyone I we’ll be taking their advice and look for a dentist that cares about patients and knows what they are doing.
