Location was perfect but the parking was not the best. Be prepared to wait in car as they will come get you when they are ready. We informed staff of our early arrival. Nevertheless, we waited over 45mins in car for them to begin before we just decided to cancel appointment and leave. My father had to use the restroom while we waited and staff jokingly told him he had to pay to use the restroom. He hadn’t been to the Dentist in years because of bad experiences similar to today . I finally convinced him to go and this was his experience. Not pleasant at all. I recommend Creative Dentistry focus on professionalism when communicating with patients and promptness.
