I’m SO grateful to the entire staff at Midtown Smiles! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to any kind of dental work and hadn’t been to a dentist in years so I was pretty nervous about my visit. When I first walked in, Julie and the rest of ladies at the front desk were so kind and welcoming which immediately made me feel at ease. Once I got to the back, I found out I was going to have to get one of my wisdom teeth extracted and get a filling. They were able to schedule me for the following week and everything went so smoothly! Dr. Watson and his staff were so professional. They made me feel comfortable during the entire procedure and were very informative regarding my post op instructions. Can’t thank them enough, truly!

The staff here is so genuine and caring. They go above and beyond to work with you and make sure every one of your needs is met. The care there is excellent and I’ve never felt so attended to at a dentist office — from imaging and diagnostics to full explanations of every finding, I felt fully informed and aware of my complete care. This place is the full package and you will definitely be well taken care of!

I had the best experience with Dr. Watson and the entire staff during my visit last week! I felt welcomed, everything was explained in detail and my questions were answered, and I was allowed enough time to discuss other concerns I had. I left feeling like we had a clear plan, timeline, and I feel hopeful about treatment not only of my original complaint but also other concerns as well. Special thanks to the tech who worked with me to get x-rays and impressions. I have a bit of anxiety with dental work and she was very kind and reassuring to me. Her friendliness went a long way.
