Read the reviews after my experience here. Seems the poorest service is typically given to a “certain” ethnic group. I arrived at the office twelve mins late. Waiting room was packed. I signed in, and without greeting me, the woman at the desk took the clipboard, looked at it, then said “your appointment was cancelled bc it was at 10am”. I asked what the grace period was and she immediately responded saying it was 15 minutes. THEN she looked at the clock and said “well, really 10 mins” (trying to save her a**, bc she then lied and told me the system automatically cancels appointments after ten mins. No ma’am, YOU cancelled my appointment without the decency to even give a courtesy call beforehand. And I’m sure she was aware that it was a thirty min drive for me to bring my child there based on the address on file. I’ll leave you guys to serve your “ideal” customers.

I’ve never had a negative experience with the front desk ladies being rude, or their staff in general. They’re fast and efficient, I used to be scared of the dentist but I enjoyed my visit so no issues here.
