They get you in there as much as possible and do as minimal as possible! So they can bill bill bill. No matter if dental insurance covers it or not! And while you’re trying to figure it out with insurance company they send collection notices and then they get lawyers involved. Seems like a recurring theme with this office! Get you in financial debt. And I’ve been waiting for over two years for just a simple cleaning and they keep pushing it back! Better business bureau will be hearing about this.
Everyone was super friendly and fast!! The nurses were very nice and my dentist dr. Cloud was amazing, had me in and out of there unlike most dental offices. I was very nervous to have my tooth extracted but dr. Cloud and her nurses created an awesome dental experience! Also accepts Medicaid
This dentist office is a waste of time. Every time they make an appointment for you it's a 5 months waiting every time . I will never go back there again. They really deserve a 0 star
