I've never really successfully gone to the dentist before I found Richmond City Dentistry. It's now been two years since my first appointment there, and I am actually taking care of my teeth. (I'm so glad the downtown office has reopened!). The office and staff are so friendly and welcoming, but that's only the beginning. Most importantly, the dental care is the perfect mix for me - I feel cared for and encouraged to take important actions for my health, but never scolded. They have been working with me to realistically improve habits while also taking care of my teeth and mouth. The pricing is very fair, they've worked with me across several types of insurance, and they explain what they're charging line by line better than any other dentist I have met. I am so happy to have found this dental practice and would recommend them to anyone.

This place was lovely. The secretary was so nice and welcoming. The dentist and his assistant were also awesome.

This place was great! I was nervous about getting my teeth cleaned (since I hadn't been able to get an appointment since pre-COVID), but it went well. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and professional.
