Monument Family Dentistry Richmond VA

I am thankful I took the advice of other reviewers and came to Monument Family Dentistry for help. I came to them a few months ago in need of a root canal and two crowns. They worked with my insurance and were transparent with me through every step of the process, making everything as painless as possible. Dr. Castellano does great work and the entire staff are professional, friendly and caring. Every person I've interacted with here has been a pleasure. The environment is clean, comfortable and really cool. For once, I don't dread going to the dentist. A big thank you to everyone on the Monument Family Dentistry team! If you are in the market for a great dentist's office in RVA, I highly recommend.

Monument Family Dentistry is a wonderful place- especially if you're not the biggest fan of the dentist. They had the newest technology, extremely friendly staff, and nobody shamed me along the way (IYKYK when it comes to dental shame). I am very happy I went here (and didn't cancel my appointment as I so often do with the dentist). I am looking forward to continuing my dental care more consistently and cannot recommend Dr. Castellano and his team enough!

They are so sweet!!! Got me in as quick as possible to fix a tooth I had been having issues with and I had never been there before - entire visit took less than 45 minutes. I told them I get super anxious at the dentist and they were super kind to me and talked to me during the whole procedure and told me what they were doing. I also go by a different name than my name given at birth and they were super respectful of that and even updated my chart to preferred name. 10/10 recommend.
