Thank you, Dr. Jones and Team for taking such excellent care of me with my root canal and crown treatment!!! I am no longer traumatized from my past experiences with other dental providers. I went to my apptmt. At the scheduled time and gave the tech seating me my issues for my cleaning. She said she’d let the tech cleaning my teeth the issues so there should be no issues. I always bring along one of my caregivers being a disabled USAF veteran so the tech cleaning my teeth came in briefly to let me know we had to move rooms because of lighting issues. After a few minutes we moved to another room. I let the tech know again I have military injures and I had to sit a certain way as of my teeth and gums were extremely sensitive. She said, “no problem.” She put a small hose in the side of my mouth and took a sharp instrument and push it into my back gums and I said, “ouch!” She’s said, “ Oh sorry,” and did the same thing to the gum area right next to where she just stabbed my gums. Again I said, “ouch!” I thought quickly to myself, I can’t endure this type of pain through this cleaning and I said, “stop, I’m done.” She said, I’ll just use another instrument.” My response was,
