I saw Dr. Berto at this office. He os nice, and knowledgeable. My complaint is I had an appointment twice earlier and it was canceled at the very last minute! Extremely INCONVENIENT! I took time off of work to make it to the appointment! I am assuming when you make an appointment you SHOULD know the dr's schedule! Not at the very last second call the patient up and say oh he is NOT in the office the day of your appointment. Second very big issue is, I have been having major pain on the rt side of my lower jaw now for some time now, when examining me and after the CT scan and X rays he said that this was NOT his issue! It was a general dentist issue! After going to my general dentist MULTIPLE times and saying that a root canal had to be done by a SPECIALUST! and still charging me the full fee of $425.00 for nothing! But come back and see me to do any further root canals . That is why I went to see you in the first place. I do not have the time or the money most important to be going b

Pleasant helpers. Excellent service. Experienced Dr. Choate. This was my first "need for an in-depth root canal". Referred by Dr. Kirk Hampton, I felt comfortable using Dallas Endodontics and Dr. Choate. I don't have insurance, the procedure is delicate, I would use the office again but I hope I won't need to.

If you suffer from dental anxiety, I cannot stress enough-this is the place to go if you’re needing a root canal. Both the staff and the doctor took made me feel super comfortable and calm. Before I knew it the procedure was over and my recovery has been pleasant. Thank you everyone for working me in the schedule and taking such great care of me!!
