North Dallas Endodontics

My experience at North Dallas Endodontics exceeded my expectations from start to finish! I was able to get a next day appointment and the front office staff (Jackie, Lupita, and Coral) was amazing at getting all of the correct information in time for my root canal. Cande was a wonderfully calm presence to have through the x-rays, setup and procedure. Both Dr. Navid and Cande worked with me through my anxiety about the numbing procedure and really anticipated my needs throughout. Dr. Navid was able to see that I had a fourth nerve in my back molar during the root canal and treat that as well which, if he hadn’t caught it, could have led to complications. I am very happy that I chose Dr. Navid and staff for my first root canal and would tell anyone to pick them for availability, kindness, and skill! I hope that I won’t need to come back to the office, but if I do, I’ll be coming back here!

Dr. Navid and his assistant Cande were so great! From the minute I walked in, the front office staff Jackie, Lupita and Coral were so nice! I hate having to have dental work and finding out I needed a root canal was not fun. Cande was so sweet during the procedure, tapping my shoulder out of care and concern checking on my during the procedure. Dr. Navid did my root canal and explained everything as he was working and got it done so well and with minimal pain. I am thankful for the care I received at North Dallas Endo and would highly recommend again.

Hands down! The best doctor and staff ever! The moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted and helped immediately by Jackie. Once I completed my new patient forms then Cande came and brought me to the back within 5 mins of completing everything. Cande is the best assistant ever! She knew I was nervous and as Dr.Navid was numbing me up, she placed her hand on my shoulder and let me know everything was going to be ok. Dr.Navid is an excellent doctor. He explained everything so thorough and kept assuring me that I could trust him and I was in good hand, I completely agree! After finishing my procedure Dr.Navid and Cande explained what I need to do to maintain my root canal and didn’t make me feel rushed and made me feel like I mattered. Once I was ready to be checked out Lupita made that process super fast, she already had me pulled up and knew what was needed. Overall i would recommend this place a million times over!
