Dental Defenders

So far this is hands down the best Dentist my children have been to! The staff is super nice, and the Dentists are super informative and great with kids! They really take their time to make sure you understand everything ! One of my kids is terrified of the Dentist. He has been in cooperative at every single other dentist office we’ve ever been to. This is the only office where they were able to do the un imaginable, 1 make him feel safe and gained his trust, and 2 get him to cooperate with getting fillings without tears or frustration! Simply put, they are amazing! I used to dread taking him to the dentist because I knew it was going to be a fight, but Dental Defenders has made it an enjoyable experience for all of us! All of my kids love going here because of the fun, and warm environment!

Do not use this dental office. They will tell you your child will be receiving one service. You can ask as many questions and be specific about what you expect like to have no silver caps in the front teeth. They guarantee you the front will be porcelain caps only to turn around and try to put silver caps on your child’s front teeth and paint them. As you ask why they would not do what you are paying for they proceed to tell you they do not offer that service. Associates are dismissive and chuckle why you ask what is going on and why they are not doing the services discussed and agreed upon. Save yourself the headache and go to a more professional dental office.

Waiting room is comfortable and the staff were very kind and warm. Overall we had a good experience but I felt the provider could have done a better job of communicating the treatment plan directly to me and setting expectations for my daughter - I didn't fully understand what would be happening until I read over the paperwork to sign off on it, and my daughter had already been ushered back to their treatment room without me. My daughter and I were both a little stressed by being suddenly separated and not knowing what to expect. They took good care of her though.
