Preston Hollow Dental Care

I've been attending this dental practice for 40 years - long before it became part of a corporate entity. While it has lost some of its personal camaraderie, I am still comfortable going there. Lots of new and impressive technology has been introduced. I recommend them.

NO ONE WAS THERE FOR MY APPOINTMENT THAT THEY SCHEDULED FOR ME AT 9AM ON A SATURDAY AND THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION STATE THEY ARE OPEN FROM 8-4!

The staff are friendly but they definitely price gauge you, beware! I am 29 years old and was told my teeth are going to fall out in a year if I don’t floss better and pay for a $400+ cleaning. (Mind you I have gone 2x/year at my previous dentist with a perfect bill of health!) I informed the clinic I would not be able to afford this cleaning and that I just wanted to do a basic clean - they said they were not legally allowed to do this and I would have to go somewhere else. The office finally agreed to cut costs down to 150$, which I paid in full at my visit. The hygienist also wanted to perform a cancer screening - which I denied/refused as it would be another $30-50. She told me she wouldn’t charge me for it and, “Just wanted to help me out.” I later received a bill in the mail with this charge on it. I have called the office >3 times and I have emailed with a lady in the billing department to resolve the issue, but she has failed to respond or follow up. Now I have been sent to co
