Very Unprofessional! Made appointment for my partner with a referral for an oral surgeon. They scheduled him with dentist w/o his knowledge and refused to see him when he answered thinking he was speaking to the oral surgeon. We apologize for the miscommunication; which was not our fault. They explained everyone has to see the dentist 1st. Should have been nice to have been told! It was a STAT referral! Who does this!
Bryan is my go to tech. He is fabulous, always cheerful and understanding of your situation. He makes you feel at ease and the most important person in the room. Dr. Griffith is always accommodating and tries to find the best solution for your circumstances. This is your one stop shop folks. No referrals needed, same day crowns that are perfect. Friendly and understanding staff! He has specialists, oral surgeons and more so you don’t have to go to 3 different offices! Love this group!
My normal dentist couldn’t get me in, Daniels modern dentistry offered same week appointment. They tried to tell me I had stage 3 periodontal disease and needed a 1200 cleaning. They also told me a crown I have needed to be replaced. The quote was over 2500 for everything. I went back to my normal dentist and amazing how periodontal disease disappeared in two weeks, and the crown didn’t need replaced. Everyone there is very nice, however I hope they all have malpractice insurance.
