Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Ft. Myers

[10.12.23] My appointment was scheduled for 11:15am, I arrived at 11:04am. 6 other people who arrived after me were seen before me and my daughter. (Had to take her out of school, and i had to miss work). By 12:14 I’d had enough, no apologies extended, no details provided for the egregious waste of our time. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. You’ve been warned. ????

If we didn’t have a contract for braces. I wouldn’t set another foot in this place. Show up for your appt on time but don’t get taken back for 30 minutes or more. They over book appts, they never answer the phone, they never call you back. They write the wrong appt dates and times on cards, they have no wiggle room if you’re late beyond your control they cancel all of you’re cleaning appts and I’ve been told to not even call to reschedule because they’re understaffed. Some of the staff up front are rude af.

Discriminated against my child and refused to treat. This place is just awful. Started out making an appointment then having it changed without anyone contacting me. Waited over an hour to be seen to then be told by the dentist who I could barely understand that they wouldn’t see my child after I had disclosed everything through the new patient paperwork. Getting an ADA rep involved shortly. If you have a choice, run from this practice. It’s like a children’s dental factory.
