Dayton Pediatric Dentistry

My daughter has had a referral for them for 3 months now, and they told me they call in order they are received. I don't believe that. So your 5-6 months behind. This is ridiculous. How are you going to make a 6 year old wait to get her filling done. I'm starting to get annoyed about it. I'm done trying calling, and I am done writing. And nothing. Bad service. Thumbs down ????. Also They don't even deserve a star.

We have been coming here since 2014, every six months, for three kids. One child has required dental surgery. All have needed orthodontist referrals... so we've experienced the office for various needs/services. They have always been amazing. We show up to appts 10-15 minutes early, with ID and insurance cards... as everyone is supposed to. We are seen immediately, almost never having a wait. They do all three of my kids in one speedy appt in one room and always let me come back. I don't think an appt has ever been longer than 30mins... for all three kids combined. I'd recommend them to anyone. Also, my kids love the dentist... so that's a total win. When we first started years aago, my oldest had sensory issues he was in therapy for. We came here after a traumatic experience somewhere else and have stuck with it since.

Kristina!!! I cannot say enough about her positive attitude and overall personality. She is very through and explains the entire cleaning process. She definitely has a way to make children feel comfortable in a sometimes high anxiety situation. My family is very thankful for her! 5/23/23
