DDS DENTAL CENTER

My appointment was at 11am, I was not seen until 1pm and I sat in the back until 2pm for the orthodontist to tell me he will not be able to do my work due to him referring me to another surgeon a month ago. Customer service is horrible, I didn’t receive any phone calls about the referral nor did I get a return call when I called them 4days before my appointment. I wasted 3HOURS in dentist office, pregnant in pure pain to not get any work did.

Excellent service! Great staff! I can't say enough good things about these guys. I'm usually a very nervous patient; but they made me feel welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Cepeda is an amazing dentist; very experienced, generous, and caring; putting more emphasis on me as a person than about the money I could bring. Calmly he explained everything about the treatment at every step of the way. I highly highly recommend him and his staff to everyone.

Outstanding 3 set of teeth in 4 years the best dental work for dentures I've received ever they're beautiful they fit great what I asked for is exactly what they produced any where you go you may have to wait the Dr. Spends more time with you than anyone who has seen me in past.Then to assure you that you are getting more than his and staffs time and his name, on site lab.THANK YOU DDS.Dental and staff!
