My Dental Hygienist Arlene is Absolutely Amazing! She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable! I Love her!
I just left my appointment from Downtown Dental and I have to say they have a great environment. When I arrived I was a few minutes late due to parking but i was greeted by name and w/ a warm welcome. The receptionist was professional and helpful. My Hygienist Mo did a great job w/ cleaning my teeth and educating me on my teeth as well. Only bad I can say about Mo is that she doesn’t have sports playing on her tv while she’s working. And I must add that I was not charged for my lateness due to parking because Natia… I believe her name is.. let them know my situation and helped out w/ that as well. Great job today. I highly recommend this office w/ the crew that’s there now.
I've been coming here for 24 years, and absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. The service has ALWAYS been first class. Thank you Downtown Dental for always staying classy!
