They have the BEST hygienist at Definition Dental. She is gentle yet gets your teeth smooth and clean and never pokes your gums which I really appreciate. Everyone there is very professional, caring and friendly and they are very accommodating with your schedule and changes. They are also very good about having a timely schedule. I have been a patient there for over 20 years and my family members are patients as well. I also like that they push out calendar reminders for your appointments as well as text reminders, very helpful for our busy lives!!!

Really appreciate what Dr. Agarwal has done for us in term of dental cares, but since Amanda retired, her billing service department has become a nightmare for us. Amanda usually told us ahead what we expected to pay out of pocket and the rest she followed through with the insurances, never got surprised . However, under the new billing staffing, we got a lot of surprises. My son went there for the just first HALF of the deep clean which they recommended but not medically necessary, my son was double insured from my wife and I, but we got the first bill for almost $400 for just HALF of the deep clean service. We already $260 something after called and explained to them, but after 9 months later, they sent another bill over $90 for the same HALF of the deep clean service. I just don’t know what to make out of this, speechless. Sorry Dr. Agarwal, we really love you but we can no longer come back here because you allowed this billing practices happen under your watch. I had an amazing experience at the office. Very clean, modern office with top of the line gadgets to diagnose and treat in a comfortable setting. Staff is very friendly and the doctor took the time to explain my treatment options and various procedures in detail. I got dental implants and absolutely love my new smile.
