I’ve never had a great relationship with the dentist office. But the staff was wonderful and made what typically is a terrible experience bearable and encouraging. Thanks to Israel and Cindy. I greatly appreciate the care I received and put my mind at ease for future appointments. -Kyle Gilmer

I highly recommend Doctor Chris Flemming and his whole team they are amazing. They went beyond what they thought they would have to and my son is doing well because of that. My son was in so much pain for over a week because of a impacted wisdom tooth that was broken and they thought they would have to refer him out to a specialist but they tried and completed everything their selves. Dr. Flemming is a specialist. They were so nice and gental. We can't thank them enough. Thank you all! ????

My 8 year old son had a traumatic dental injury with multiple teeth displaced, soft tissue lacerations and a broken Permanent tooth down to the pulp. Willamette dental was called immediately and we were told we would have to go to an ER due to all offices being closed due to weather. We were scheduled for an emergency dental appointment for the next day for the broken tooth repair as this cannot be done in an ER. The emergency appointment was canceled 3 days in a row. To say I feel frustrated with our care is an understatement. We have had significant delays in care, prescriptions and referrals were not made as we were told and over all communication and sense of urgency are lacking. Due to these events we will no longer renew our insurance through willamette dental and we will seek care else where. I understand weather is not controllable but communication is. If you need general cleanings their work has been sufficient but not in an emergency situation.
