The Front Desk is disrespectful allowing someone else to use our account when we are the only ones who Owen the account and they never apply for the refund credit we overpaid in the account. On top, we had to find out and they didn't care about it. The Shelton office needs to learn to treat its customers with no discrimination.
As a new patient here with my kids, I was impressed! The staff is great and Dr. Stefanie is phenomenal. Would recommend 100%.
Dr. Fusillo is the best!!! He is Knowledgeable, Compassionate, & Honest. I had chipped a crown. Very uncomfortable trapping food, couldn't eat, then it fell out while flossing on Sunday. He was able to see me the next day! In 15 minutes he re-cemented it and smoothed it down, saving me time in the dental chair and lots of money. Thank you so much for getting me out of pain!!
