Smile Dental Center

We love Smile Dental - staff is so friendly and office is so nice. Bruce Sofferman - answered the phone on a Sunday at 630am and took care of my husband at 8am, ON SUNDAY! We also love John Crocamo who's precision with novocaine eases my families nerves! All of the hygienists are so nice with kids and adults. The ladies behind the desk always fine an opening for our busy schedule. We can not say how happy we are to be patients for the last 15 years!

Danesha, who is at the front desk, answers the phone promptly and pleasantly. It was the end of the day but she very kindly got me in to see Dr. Sofferman who was about to leave. He waited to examine and take care of me. He’s very knowledgeable, kind and explains things in an understandable way—- and offers solutions. The Dental Assistants were also pleasant and kind. The office itself is immaculate and simply but tastefully decorated. I wondered where the massage or facial rooms were because it didn’t look like a typical intimidating dental office.

I just became a new patient with Smile and boy was I impressed with everything! My first impression walking into the establishment is like walking into a spa. Everything is clean, modern, and relaxing. The staff is incredibly nice and interested in learning everything about their patients that walk in. From the receptionist to the dental assistant, to the doctors, the level of friendly service far exceeded my expectations and never stopped. I feel completely confident that the service provided to me will never be an issue and I am so glad I switched to them. To top the whole experience off, when I was leaving, I was given a nice mug and pen as a new patient gift. Left the building with a smile, no puns intended.
