Dental Care of Lehigh Acres

Like many people, I was not a fan a fan of the dentist. I had 2 consultations at two different dental offices the same week. After meeting the team at Dental Care of Lehigh Acres I made the decision to let them follow through with their plan for my oral health. From the initial phone call with Elizabeth to the day of my cleaning with Kim, I was so confident in this practice that all of my anxiety dissipated and I am actually looking forward to my next visit. If you want a dental team who listens to you, explains everything in a way you understand and makes you feel heard then this is the place for you. I couldn’t be happier with my choice in dental care! I originally scheduled a new patient appointment for my toddler son last year, but had to reschedule because of hurricane Ian. The rescheduled appointment was about 3 months out. Due to some car issues and scheduled conflicts, I had to then also reschedule that appointment. This time even further out than the last. When I spoke to them the second and third time we scheduled, I of course made sure to check to see if they accepted his insurance. It’s a standard thing to be done prior to being able to receive any treatment. They confirmed that they did. Also, because the appointment was so far out from the date we scheduled it, I made sure to call a few times within the month prior to confirm the day and time. I was never told of there being any issues. The day we arrived (07/31), they did not hesitate to inform me that they do not take his insurance.
