Great Expressions Dental Centers - Lehigh

If there was a no star option that is what I would’ve selected! I contacted great expressions in Lehigh and spoke with Cindy. I was calling in reference to a confidential concern and requested to speak with an office manager. She asked me my name and I told her who I was and asked if she was a manager she told me she was not and placed me on hold. After about 5 minutes she picks the line back up and says how can I help you. I explained I was on hold for an office manager and she told me she was the manager. I knew I was speaking with the same person and asked who I was speaking with. She says Cindy. I said you told me you were getting an office manager and she in the nastiest tone told me she was the manager. I explained she didn’t need to be so nasty and she said I have you on speaker with 2 other people I am not being nasty. I just explained to you I have a private matter to speak about and you lied and said you were in an office but you have me on speaker for your staff to hear me.

Dr. Reyes is the best. I felt comfortable. I normally don't with dentist. I'm always in pain. But she was attentive and friendly.

Lehigh office VERY unprofessional staff the Dentist should be ashamed having employees upfront receiving her client like this, leave a bad taste in your mouth. Aspen across the road are great people person... see you there ???? ????
