they are fast. i am going to start looking for another provider however. They have not capped the number of patients and have started scheduling my family’s cleanings every 10 months instead of every 6 my insurance pays for. Money obviously trumps taking care of patients who have been with them for over a decade.

Posting for my sister. “Please do not go here. I’ve been having increasing bad experiences but kept going here for convenience. Huge mistake! My young son was getting a small filling in a tooth up front and when his appointment was over they came to show him to me in the waiting room and they said the cavity was much worse than it was a week ago and proceeded to begin a root canal, without even coming out to brief me, they just went ahead and started a root canal on my 9 year old!! My son looked like he had been crying and was noticeably scared. I feel like a horrible parent that didn’t protect her child! Please don’t take your kids to this “McDonald’s drive thru” of dentists!! This wasn’t the only thing but it’s the straw that broke the camels back. There dozens of people who work in this office and none of them seem to know what’s going on and that was a little bothersome, I should have listened to my gut and went elsewhere”!

Great service but too busy to do cleanings every 6 months. They are scheduling 9 months rather than 6. I will be finding a new dentist that can accommodate their caseload better
