I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Pure Dental. After years with no dental insurance and then finding out I have it only for 1 more month, they’ve gotten me in for not one but FOUR appointments all before my insurance expires. My first visit I was so nervous, but they gave me no judgment. They have been so kind, patient with me and reassuring. Making sure I get all of my teeth needs taken care of before my insurance is gone again. THANK YOU!!

I used to like them until I got a random message regarding my outstanding balance two months after my appointment. I actually asked the staff several times on the date of service do I need to pay anything out of pocket and they said no, and then they sent me a bill two months later and told me I should pay that at the time of service. I asked for an explanation and the person doing the billing was extremely not helpful and what she said was all kinds of confusing. They changed their story several times about the reason for the balance and then finally sent me the billing records for 8 months and told me my balance is because the last 6 appointments all together. I had to check every single number but they still made a lot of mistakes and didn't even feel they should explain the billing. Don't go there, they will ask you to have extra cleaning and extra x-ray more than you need and did not even tell you it's out of pocket and not covered by insurance.
