0stars My Experience Yesterday Was Absolutely Horrific. A Waste of Gas And A Waste of Time For Appointments That Wasn't Even Booked Correctly And For The Appointment That Was Book, You State The Surgeon Was Running Behind And My Procedure Wouldn't Be Able To Get Done Today, On Top of Not Even Having The Dentist Ready For The Cleaning, All Because Your Receptionist Didn't Put My Appointments In Correctly? That's Horrible. And This Review Is For The Correction Company And Location, Carolina Is The Manager, So You Not Identifying Me As A Patient (When I WAS A Patient) Based On You Searching The Name Provided On Here, Is Irrelevant.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Made an appointment ( for my husband)over one week in advance. They called me to confirm about today's prior to appointment time. During that call they offered an earlier appointment to which I declined because it wasn't convenient. They called his phone another time suggesting the same thing to which it was the same answer. He rushed all day at work to finish early. He'd spoken w them earlier that day & confirmed AGAIN his appointment. He was calling while on his way to let them know he'd be a little late to which he'd gotten no answer. Only to get to the office & they were closed

Had me drive one and a half hours for an appointment to be told the appointment was cancelled because insurance didn't pay. This information could have been communicated to me prior to going to the appointment. This is not the first time. I had a similar experience. Such disrespect for my time.
