I had and appointment for a cleaning. I was greeted as walked in the office, with such welcoming enthusiasm. I sat in the waiting area briefly, before my hygienist had me in the chair right quickly. When finished it was with ease to set my next appointment.

Very upset by my experience today. I have been coming to this dentist for a few years. I recently moved and work farther away, but wanted to keep coming here. My appointment was at 5:10, and due to the change in my work location, I had to pay for an Uber there and left early. As I was entering the building, I was told that there was no grace period and that I would be unable to reschedule until the summer. It was 5:12. I was beside myself, especially after paying for a ride across town and the fact that I was coming from work, that a delay of only two minutes meant that I had wasted my time and money for nothing. Further, I was told that the hygienist had already left! How? She must have had her coat on at 5:09. I have never been told this strict policy, and am not sure how this policy is worth losing patients. I certainly will be finding a new dentist.

UPDATE - I never spoke with the office manager like the response claims. All I’ve done was wrote a review for my experience here. Pretty bad experience here unfortunately. I was a patient starting in 2021 and stopped being a patient in 2023 due to change of employment causing a change in my insurance. I had one filling done that was way too high and to this day I still have issues flossing around the tooth because the bonding was not flossed out after by the dentist. Other than that one filling, all I received were cleanings because no one bothered to do x rays to check for other cavities besides the one I got filled. When I went to my new dentist I had 5 cavities that I was never informed about at dental solutions! Additionally I have a bunch of issues with my bite and shifting of my teeth that I was never informed about here so I could not seek out an orthodontist proactively. Everyone here was nice which is why it’s a 2 star review but I didn’t feel like there was much transparency
