My experience at the dentist was the worse it started off in the waiting room when the lady came out to get me she called me Gearld I'm telling her that is not my name my name is Jarell then it continued in the chair with the doctor she kept calling me Gearld I told her the same thing my name is Jarell it doesn't sound nothing like Gearld I don't have a G or a D in my name. Far as the filling I had done it felt like they was trying to hurt me intentionally.

Office management here is terrible. Every time my husband and I booked appointments 6 months out, the week of the appointment they would cancel and reschedule. They have such strict policies on being on time and no shows but can’t be considerate back to their patients.

My experience was great! From the hygienist to the dentist and her assistance everybody was kind, engaged, and very professional. All staff including the front desk staff displayed a courteous attitude towards not only me but the other patients that was in the waiting room. This is what patient experience is all about!
