Amazing staff! Bree is the best. They have handled our sons braces so well that I decided to transfer the rest of the families care to Dental/Ortho Pros.

First of all, staff friendly and welcoming. I am not an expert at evaluating dental treatment, but my treatment was comparable to other places I have visited. However, when it comes to their billing and treatment plan communication, this is where I was failed. I showed up for my check-up appointment, and was very sure that they had my updated insurance. After my cleaning, I was asked whether I wanted some fillings taken care of, so I asked to see the itemized bill summary before treatment. The bill was $181 after insurance, and I agreed to the treatment. During the fillings, I was informed that I may need a crown for a tooth. During the filling procedure, a photo of the tooth was taken for me, they had drilled out my tooth; evidently I needed to get a crown now whether it was a necessity or not. I go to billing and was informed I needed to pay a little over $2000 out of pocket for the visit for something that was added to my treatment plan DURING my filling procedure which I thought I
