Every visit we have an excellent patient experience. The customer service is top notch. We are always greeted with a smile. Desiree and Laurie know everyone who walks through the door by name and greets each person individually. Dr. Kassman always personally talks with me after my son's visits to provide me with updates and progress regarding their care. The staff and care my boys receive is exceptional!!!

The office of Dr. Kassman is amazing. They give excellent customer service and are always on top of everything. I love the staff and they know how to keep their clients happy. Its amazing how they can squeeze you in on the same day you call for little issues that you are having with your braces. I highly recommend Dr. Kassman and his staff to everyone and I will definitely be referring all my friends and family.

Everyone at this office is so kind and friendly! Been coming to Dr Kassman for a year now and they are always the same- attentive, detailed and great with kids of all ages! Dr Kassman and staff are generous and community-minded as well! Desiree is always very personable in the front office, and Shannon puts the kids at ease in the back office. My whole family enjoys their experience there!
