I have now been trying to get a prescription filled for three weeks. I have called multiple times and half of the time, I am redirected to an operator who barely answers my questions and does not resolve anything. I don’t know why it is so hard to send ONE prescription but this is absurd.
Very nice staff! They genuinely care for your wellbeing. I went in the office with severe pain and they did everything they could to help me.
This staff is one of the best I’ve seen in the dental field. They’re caring, understanding and patient with their patients. I had to bring both of my children in due to lack of childcare and they were nothing but understanding and worked around the inconveniences that came during my visit. Definitely the best dental care I’ve ever had.
