Dentistry First Office of Dr. Solomon Lee DMD

Solomon Lee got multiple XRays of my dad’s teeth. Instead of referring my dad elsewhere, he said he’s able to extract my dad’s tooth. AFTER he cracked my dad’s tooth he said that he’s unable to pull it out because he doesn’t have the right tools.. If you knew that you don’t have the proper tools why in the world would you accept the job? What kind of Dentist doesn’t even have the right tools to do his job? Never gave my dad anything for the pain. Just a fat bill for a deep cleaning that wasn’t even necessary. Even had the audacity at the end to insult my dad for smoking which caused gum disease. All you guys care about is taking people’s money.

Been my dentist for a pretty long while now and they were always there for me when i needed them, including a few emergency appointments. I never had to wait longer than a few minutes, the staff and doctors are excellent and the praxis is always clean and neat. The main reason i chose to give four instead of five stars is the lack of financial services available to manage the financial burden. No financing options are available other than the standard care credit system for copay for the more pricey procedures. The going rates for procedures are also a good bit higher than many competitors.

I called in to make an appointment for a consultation for my wisdom teeth after calling around to many different dentists, including my own. They got me in the same day for the consultation. All of the office staff is friendly. Seriously recommend them to anyone. Everyone had such great attitudes, and seemed like they loved to be at work, and loved their job. That's what a dentist should feel like. Especially if you fear them. Id give more stars if i could.
