One of the most unprofessional dental places I have heard of. I scheduled my children both a dental appointment back in April. With telling them my daughter was having teeth pain the closest appointment they could put me at was for September. Well here we are 2 hours before my children's appointment and they call and cancel because the doctor just now informed them that he won't be there today and now I have to wait until March of 2023 for my children to get seen. This is completely inappropriate and ridiculous that I am now waiting an entire year for my children to get seen by this dentist. Taking this as a blessing in disguise don't waste your time or your children's dental health on this place

Loved coming here for two years with my kids but recently i changed dentist due to them not having enough pediatric dentist! Bookings were months out, can’t wait that long for checkups makes me nervous for emergencies how would my kids get seen? Otherwise ok experience.

Two different LWSS offices told my friend they were not offering dental cleanings and services to adults w/ Medicaid. I know this is untrue because I had Medicaid back then, and received my cleanings and fillings via the Kempsville office. My friend and I were both existing patients prior to getting Medicaid. When I scheduled my cleaning, I was told by an employee that they were only accepting that insurance for existing patients, so I am unsure as to why they are now saying they will not honor my friend's insurance. I also had an issue with them charging me for services that should've have been free with my then insurance. Other than that, I’ve enjoyed coming here since I was about 4 years old.
